Editing a Team Member
Only Administrators can update a team member’s role, visibility, and profile information from the Team page. These settings control how the user appears on the organization’s Group Leader page and what access they have within the organization’s management module.
In the Organization Management Module, select Team from the left side menu.

The Team page will be displayed. Select the Options menu next to the user you want to remove. Select Edit.

An Edit User pop‑up window appears.

Available fields:
- Greetings for peers
A short greeting or message that appears on the team member’s profile on the organization’s Group Leader page. This is visible to members who view the organization’s profile.
- Role
Allows you to change the user’s role within the organization. The drop‑down menu includes:
- Admin
- Coordinator
- Peer Supporter
For a full comparison of permissions, see Team Roles and Permissions.
- Set as the default case manager (EAP only)
This setting is used only for EAP organizations that enroll members through an API connection. If the API feed does not include a Case Manager value, the system will use the default Case Manager to complete the enrollment. Administrators can override this selection when assigning case managers individually.
- Facilitator Rating
Displays the average star rating the team member has received from meeting participants. This field is read‑only.
- Hide Profile
A toggle that controls whether the team member appears on the organization’s Group Leader page.
- On: The team member is displayed.
- Off: The team member is hidden. - Concentrations (not currently in use)
This section lists several concentration areas. These fields are not currently active.
After updating any fields, select Update User in the bottom right corner of the pop‑up window. Changes take effect immediately.
