Meeting Registration Limit: How It Works
The Meeting Registration Limit allows organizations to control how many upcoming meetings a subscriber can be registered for at one time. This helps reduce no‑shows, ensures fair access to limited seats, and supports more balanced participation across your meeting offerings.
Active registrations include any upcoming meetings the subscriber has registered for and not canceled.

How the Registration Limit Works
When a limit is set, subscribers can register for meetings until they reach the maximum number of active registrations allowed. Once they hit the limit, they will be prevented from registering for additional meetings until they attend or cancel enough meetings to fall below the limit.
The limit applies only to future registrations. Existing registrations are not removed, even if a subscriber is already above the limit when the feature is first enabled. However, subscribers will be prevented from registering for more meetings until their active registrations are below the limit.

Setting the Registration Limit
The Meeting Registration Limit is managed in Organization Settings.
From your Organization Dashboard select Settings on the vertical menu bar.

The Organization Settings page will be displayed. Scroll down and locate the Registration Limit field.

Activate the feature by entering the maximum number of active registrations allowed.
Deactivate the feature by clearing the number (leaving the field blank). When the field is blank, the feature is turned off.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
What Subscribers See
If a subscriber has reached the registration limit and attempts to register for another meeting, they will see a message explaining that they cannot register for additional meetings until they attend or cancel some of their existing ones.
