Creating Referral Companies
To add a new referral company, select the + Create Company button at the top of the Referral Companies page.

The Create New Company pop-up window will be displayed.

Select whether this should be the default referral company.
Click Save to create the company record.
When adding a company, the system checks for duplicates. If the company already exists, it will not be saved. You’ll see an error message: “Referral company already exists.” This prevents accidental duplication and keeps your list clean.
Editing a Referral Company

The Update Company pop-up will be displayed. Update the company name and/or adjust the Default setting. Click Update to save your changes.

Importing Referral Companies

Your CSV must contain one column with the header row titled "Company". List only the company names beneath it.
Example:
Company
Referral Company 1
Referral Company 2
Referral Company 3
If the file contains companies that already exist:
- Existing companies are skipped
- New companies are imported normally
Exporting Referral Companies

Your export file is immediately downloaded to your device.

- Company name
- Organization ID
- Whether it is the default company
- Enrolled‑member count
- Deactivation date (if applicable)
- Created/updated timestamps
Deactivating Referral Companies
- All enrolled members assigned to that company are unenrolled from your EAP program
- Their enrolled‑member status becomes inactive
- They no longer receive free access to certified meetings
- If they are subscribed to your organization, their subscription remains in place, and they may continue registering for meetings but must pay any required registration fee
To deactivate a referral company, click the Options menu next to the company. From the drop-down list, select Deactivate.

Deactivate
- Unenrolls members from your EAP program
- Does not unregister them from meetings they are already registered for
- Unenrolls members
- Also unregisters them from all future meetings
- Stops the process; nothing changes
