Reports
The Reports page provides a high‑level overview of your organization’s activity on HeyPeers. This page is informational only and is designed to give administrators quick insight into meeting activity and attendee demographics.
Access
Administrators Only
In the Organization Management Module, select Reports from the side menu bar.
Page Layout
The Reports page has two sections (tabs).
Summary
The Summary tab give you information about meeting activities.
- Total number of completed meetings
- Total number of subscribers who have attended a meeting at least once
- Total gross revenue including donations and refunds
- Average meeting rating
- Total number of meeting registrations and attendees by month and year
Demographics
The Demographics tab contains information about your meeting attendees.
- Details by gender
- Attendees by age range and gender
- Total attendees by ethnicity
- Total attendees by gender
- Total attendees by state and gender
- Total attendees by age range
