Team Page
The Team page lists all users who have access to your organization’s management module. This includes administrators, facilitators, and peer supporters. From this page, you can review performance data, manage team roles, and add, edit, or remove team members.
Access
Administrators have full access / Coordinators have view only access
Peer Supporters have no access
Peer Supporters have no access
In the Organization Management Module, select Team from the left side menu.

Team Page Layout
The Team page displays a table of all team members. Each row represents one user.

The table includes the following columns.
- Name
Displays the team member’s full name.
- Role
Identifies the user’s role within the organization. The three role types are Admin, Coordinator, and Peer Supporter.

- Rating
Shows the average star rating the team member has received from meeting participants during the selected date range.
- Meetings Joined
Shows the number of meetings the team member joined during the selected date range.
- Meetings Late
Shows the number of meetings the team member joined after the required join time. The required join time is set on the Settings page and determines when a team member is considered late.
- Feedback
Shows the number of feedback comments submitted by meeting participants for this team member during the selected date range.
At the end of each row is an Options menu. This menu allows you to edit the team member, delete them from the team, or send them a message.

Search and Filters
Search
A search bar at the top of the page allows you to search for a team member by name, username or email.

Date Filter
By default, the Team page displays performance data from the past 30 days. You can change the date range by selecting the Date Filter button.

The Date Filter allows you to select a different month and year.

The system recalculates the performance data for the selected 30‑day window. This affects the values shown in the Rating, Meetings Joined, Meetings Late, and Feedback columns.
Adding a New Team Member
Select Add New Team Member in the top right corner of the page.

The Add User pop-up window will display.

You will be prompted to enter:

- Contact Email
The user must already have a HeyPeers member account. - Organization Role
Choose Admin, Facilitator, or Peer Supporter.

Managing Existing Team Members
To manage an existing team member, select the Options menu next to their name.

This opens the actions available for that user.
- Edit
Update the user’s role, greetings, visibility, and other settings. - Delete
Remove the user from the organization’s team. This does not delete their HeyPeers member account. - Message
Send a direct message to the team member. The message shows up on the team member's MyChat page as a private chat room.
