Upcoming Meetings for EAP Clients

The Upcoming Meetings page works the same for EAP organizations as it does for all organizations, with one key difference: EAP clients see an additional filter that allows them to view certified meetings, their own meetings, or both.

Accessible by Administrators, Coordinators, and Peer Supporters
Available actions vary by role. For details, see the Team Roles and Permissions

To open this page, select Meetings from the sidebar menu in the Organization Management module. In the drop‑down menu, select Upcoming.

As an EAP organization, you will see three filters at the top of the page:

• Certified
• Organization
• All

Shows certified meetings shared with your organization. These meetings are facilitated by certified host companies, and your enrolled members can join them at no cost to them. You cannot edit certified meetings (they are owned by the certified host).

Shows meetings created and facilitated by your organization. 

You can perform all standard actions described in the main Upcoming Meetings article.

Shows both certified meetings and your organization’s meetings in one combined list.

Your available actions depend on the meeting type.

You can:

• View meeting details
• View registration records of enrolled members
• Invite members
• Register someone manually (if your role allows it)

You cannot edit or delete a certified meeting as they are owned by the certified host organization.

You can perform all standard actions described in the Upcoming Meetings article.
