- You are not added to the registration list
- You are not counted in the attendee count
- You do not appear as a meeting attendee
Your Access in HeyPeers Meetings

- Share documents in the meeting
- Offer seats using the Standby functionality
- Access the registration roster from within the meeting
Your Access in Zoom Meetings
- You enter as the primary host. If another host is already present, you take over the host role

- If another host is present, both hosts may appear under the same name in chat
- You cannot access the Standby Room
Special Note on the JOIN button
The Upcoming Meetings page also displays a Join button for each meeting. This button allows you to enter the meeting as a participant, not as a host. You will not have any host controls. If the meeting has a waiting room enabled, you will remain in the waiting room until a host admits you.
