Group Leader Attendance Verification

Organizations can review how consistently their Group Leaders join meetings on time by using the attendance metrics available on the Team page and the Meetings History page. These tools help administrators confirm that Group Leaders are meeting organizational expectations for punctuality and participation.
On the organization dashboard, select Team from the left side menu.

Attendance Metrics on the Team Page

Each Group Leader has two performance indicators.

  • Meetings Joined
Shows the number of meetings the Group Leader joined during the selected date range.

  • Meetings Late
Shows the number of meetings the Group Leader joined after the required join time set by the organization.

The required join time is configured in the organization’s settings. A meeting is counted as “late” when the Group Leader joins after that threshold.

Using the Date Filter

Attendance data on the Team page is shown in 30‑day increments. By default, data from the most recent 30 days is displayed. You can use the date filter to control which 30‑day period of attendance data you want to view.
To change the 30-day period, click the Date Filter button.

The Select Date Filter window is displayed. Use the month and year selectors to switch to a different 30‑day period. Click Apply Filter to save your selection.

The table updates automatically to show Meetings Joined and Meetings Late for the selected period.

Verifying Attendance in Meetings History

For more detailed verification, open the Meetings History page. To get there, select Meetings from the side menu bar. In the drop down list, select History.

A list of your organization's completed meetings will be displayed. Open the attendance log for a meeting by clicking the attendance count.

This opens a page with multiple tabs. Each tab displays a different set of meeting‑related information, such as registration, attendance, waitlist details, meeting feedback, standby activity, and Group Leader attendance (with a change log).

Click the Group Leaders tab.
The Group Leaders tab shows:
  • The Group Leader(s) assigned to the meeting
  • The exact joined and left timestamps
  • Whether the Group Leader joined before or after the required join time
  • Any changes to Group Leader assignments
This view provides the most precise record of attendance behavior for a specific meeting.

At the bottom of the Group Leaders tab is the change log for group leader assignments.

If a Group Leader assignment was updated before the meeting occurred, the change log displays:
  • The new Group Leader
  • The date and time the change was made
This ensures administrators can confirm which Group Leader was responsible for joining the meeting.

How These Work Together

  • Use the Team page for a high‑level overview of attendance trends.
  • Use the Meetings History page for detailed, meeting‑specific verification.
  • Use the date filter to review performance over time.
Together, these tools provide a clear and reliable picture of Group Leader attendance.
