Meeting Series Page
The Meeting Series page gives you a complete view of all meetings that belong to a meeting series. It provides a quick snapshot of each meeting’s schedule, location, and creation status, and it allows administrators to edit individual meetings or edit the entire series at once. This page is helpful for managing recurring meetings and making updates across multiple meetings.

You can open the Meeting Series page in two ways:
Option 1
In the Organization Management Module, select Meetings from the sidebar menu. In the drop‑down menu, select Series.

Option 2
You can also access the series by finding one meeting in the series on the Upcoming Meetings page. Click Options for that meeting, then select View Meeting Series on the drop-down menu.

The Meeting Series page will be displayed.

The Meeting Series Page
Use this page to see every meeting series in your organization, including current, completed, and cancelled series. Each series is listed with its name, duration, and location. Select View to open the details for any series.

The Meeting Series Details Page
The Meeting Series Details page displays all meetings that belong to the series. From here, you can review the schedule, check Zoom creation status, and take actions such as editing the series or editing individual meetings.

Column Definitions
- ID
The meeting’s unique ID number. This is an internal number that cannot be changed - Name
The name of each meeting in the series.
- Start Time
The day, date, and time the meeting is scheduled to start.
- Location
Indicates whether the meeting uses the HeyPeers embedded video service or Zoom.
- Meeting Creation
Applies to Zoom meetings only.
Shows whether the meeting was successfully created or is pending due to Zoom’s daily connection limit.

Opens the Update Meeting Series page, where any changes made apply to ALL upcoming meetings in the series.

② Edit Individual Meetings
Update a single meeting without affecting the rest of the series. Select Edit for the meeting you want to change.

Cancel all upcoming meetings in the series. Select Edit Meeting Series to cancel the series.

🔴 Additional Notes on the Meeting Creation Status
The Meeting Creation column applies only to Zoom meetings. It shows whether each meeting in the series was successfully created on Zoom or is still waiting to be processed.
This status helps administrators understand whether Zoom has fully processed each meeting in the series.

- Successful - The meeting was created on both the HeyPeers calendar and the Zoom calendar.
- Pending - Zoom has not yet accepted the meeting creation. Zoom allows a maximum of 100 connections per day for each Zoom account. Each meeting creation or edit counts as one connection. If your organization reaches this limit, Zoom will temporarily reject new creations or edits. HeyPeers will automatically retry any pending items the following day.
This status helps administrators understand whether Zoom has fully processed each meeting in the series.
