Removing a Subscriber
Removing a subscriber cancels the user’s subscription to your organization. Once removed, the user no longer appears in your subscriber list. Unlike blocking, removing a subscriber does not prevent the user from re‑subscribing in the future.
Removing a subscriber is useful when a user no longer needs access to your organization or when you want to keep your subscriber list up to date.

What Removing a Subscriber Does
When you remove a subscriber:
- The user’s subscription to your organization is cancelled immediately
- The user is removed from your Subscribers list
- The user can re‑subscribe at any time
- The user can still register for your meetings if subscription is not required
- If subscription is required, the user must re‑subscribe before registering
How to Remove a Subscriber
In the Organization Management Module, select Subscribers from the left side menu.

Locate the subscriber you want to remove. Click the three‑dot icon next to their name, then choose Remove from the dropdown list.

A confirmation message appears. Select OK to confirm.

The subscriber is removed immediately.
How Removing Differs from Blocking a Subscriber
Removing is not the same as blocking.
- Removing simply cancels the subscription. The user can re‑subscribe at any time.
- Blocking prevents the user from re‑subscribing, registering for meetings, or accessing chat rooms.
