Meeting History for EAP Clients

In addition to the existing functionality on the Meeting History page, EAP organizations will see additional information that helps you understand how your enrolled members are participating in certified meetings.
This article explains the EAP‑specific elements of the Meeting History page. For full details about all features on this page, see the main Meeting History article.

Access

 Administrators and Coordinators

To open this page, select Meetings from the sidebar menu in the Organization Management module. In the drop‑down menu, select History.

The modified Meeting History page will be displayed.

HeyPeers Certified vs. Organization Meeting History

At the top of the Meeting History page, just below the search field, EAP organizations will see two buttons:
  • HeyPeers Certified
  • Organization Meetings
These buttons control which meeting history records are displayed.

HeyPeers Certified

Selecting the HeyPeers Certified button displays the history of certified meetings shared with your organization.

The Attendees, Registrants, Waitlisted, Standby Accepted, Standby Offered, and Feedback columns display two numbers, such as 2/4.

The two numbers represent:
  • Left number - the total for enrolled members only
  • Right number - the total for all members (enrolled members plus other participants)

For example, if the Registrants column shows 2/4, this means:
  • 2 enrolled members registered for the meeting
  • 4 total registrants attended (2 enrolled members + 2 other subscribers of the certified host organization)

Hovering over either value displays a tooltip explaining what the number represents.

Accessing Meeting Rosters

To view the detailed rosters for a meeting, including Registrations, Attendees, Waitlist, Standby Offered, Standby Accepted, and Feedback, click any of the counts shown in the Meeting History table. This opens the member list page, which displays the roster for that category.

For EAP organizations, the member list page shows only your enrolled members. Registrations, waitlist entries, standby activity, and feedback from the certified host’s own subscribers are not included.

Organization Meetings

Selecting Organization Meetings displays only your organization’s own meeting history.
When viewing organization meetings:
  • You will see standard registration and attendance columns
  • No dual columns appear
  • All numbers represent all registrations and all attendance, since EAP enrollment does not apply to your own meetings
