Removing an Enrolled Member
You can deactivate an enrolled member when they are no longer eligible for your organization’s EAP / Certified Client program. Deactivation stops the member from receiving free certified meetings, but it does not affect their HeyPeers account or their ability to register for other meetings on the platform.
In the Organization Management Module, select Enrolled Members from the side menu.

The Enrolled Members page will be displayed.
Find the member whose enrollment you want to deactivate. Click the three‑dot menu beside the member's name. Select Edit Enrollment from the drop-down list of options

The Edit Enrolled Member pop-up form will be displayed. Scroll to the Deactivate Enrollment section at the bottom of the form.

Choose one of the two deactivation options:
1. Deactivate Only

- Deactivates the member’s enrollment
- Does not remove them from any certified meetings they are already registered for
- Allows them to attend those previously registered meetings for free
- Blocks them from registering for any additional certified meetings for free
- Allows them to register for certified meetings by paying the fee
2. Deactivate and Unregister
This option:
This option:
- Deactivates the member’s enrollment
- Unregisters them from all certified meetings they were previously registered for
- Immediately blocks further participation in your free meetings program
- Allows them to re‑register for any meeting by paying the fee
Upon deactivation, the member's enrollment status is changed to Inactive. The member's account will be accessible by clicking the Inactive tab on the Enrolled Members page.

Reactivating an Enrollment
If you need to restore a member’s EAP access, open the three‑dot menu next to their name and select Reenrollment. Update their services if needed, then save.
