Search & Filters
The search and filter button options appear at the top of the page and helps you quickly locate specific enrolled members.

- Search
The search bar allows you to search your enrolled member's list based on first name, last name, and username. Type in your search criteria, then press your Enter key to display your search results.
- Active
The Active filter shows all members who currently have an active enrollment in your EAP program. These members appear in the active list because their enrollment has not been deactivated. Active enrollments count toward your program’s participation and can join certified meetings, generate attendance records, and appear in reporting.
- Inactive
The Inactive filter shows members whose enrollment has been deactivated. These members are no longer considered part of your active EAP program and do not appear in attendance or enrollment reporting. Their historical data remains available, and you can reactivate the enrollment at any time if the member returns to the program.
Enrolled Members Table
The Enrolled Members table displays all active and inactive enrollments in a sortable, column‑based layout. You can sort the table on Referral Company and Case Manager, allowing you to group members by their referral source or assigned case manager for easier review.

Each row represents one enrolled member and includes the following key enrollment details:
- Name - The member’s name as it appears in their HeyPeers profile. An Invitation Pending tag beside the member's name means the member has been enrolled but has not yet activated their HeyPeers account using the link in their invitation email.
- Username - The member’s unique HeyPeers username
- Referral Company - The company that referred the member
- Case Number - The case, account, or authorization number associated with the referral
- Case Manager - The person assigned to the enrolled member by the referral company or EAP partner. This is typically the individual responsible for overseeing the member’s case.
- Mandated - Indicates whether the member is mandated to attend meetings
Member Actions
Each member row includes an actions menu that opens the available enrollment‑specific options. These actions allow you to communicate with a member, update their enrollment information, review their attendance, or send reminders about upcoming certified meetings, all without leaving the Enrolled Members page.

- Message
Opens a message window where you can send a direct message to the member. This is useful for quick updates, clarifications, or one‑to‑one communication.

- Edit Enrollment
Opens the member’s enrollment details so you can update referral information, case numbers, mandated status, or other enrollment fields.

- Attendance Summary
Opens the member’s certified meeting attendance summary, including dates, times, and participation details.

- Send Upcoming Meetings
Sends the member an email listing upcoming certified meetings. The list is generated based on the services selected in the member’s enrollment details, so the email includes only the meetings that match those services. The message shows the meeting names, dates, and times, giving the member a clear view of what’s scheduled next. This is helpful when a member needs a reminder or when a case manager requests confirmation of upcoming sessions. The system automatically pulls the relevant meetings and sends the email immediately.
