How Subscribers Access the Feedback Survey After a Meeting
Subscribers are invited to complete a Feedback Survey after each meeting. This survey helps organizations understand the subscriber experience and gather insights about meeting quality. If a subscriber closes or skips the automatic survey prompt, they can still access it later from their My Meetings page.
After a Zoom Meeting
If a meeting takes place on Zoom, the subscriber’s Join Your Meeting page remains open in their browser. After the meeting ends, a green banner appears at the top of that page prompting them to complete the Feedback Survey.
After a HeyPeers Embedded Meeting
If the meeting is hosted directly on HeyPeers (not Zoom), the feedback survey launches automatically when the subscriber leaves the meeting.
How Subscribers Access the Survey Later
If a subscriber closes or skips the survey, they can still complete it later from their My Meetings page.
The My Meetings page is accessible from the top menu bar.
On the My Meetings page, subscribers click Past Meetings to view their previous sessions.
On the meeting tile, subscribers click the three‑dot menu. Selecting Submit Feedback launches the Feedback Survey for that specific meeting.
