Types of Meeting Feedback and Surveys
Organizations can collect different types of input from members before and after meetings. These tools help organizations understand subscriber experiences, measure changes over time, and evaluate the effectiveness of their meetings.
1. Group Leader Ratings and Comments
Subscribers are asked to rate the Group Leader immediately after a meeting. They can select a star rating and provide an optional written comment.

- Results are displayed on the Feedback page
- Results are exportable through the Feedback page
What a Subscriber Sees
Subscribers see a simple rating screen where they can select a star rating for the Group Leader and add an optional written comment.

2. Post‑Meeting Surveys (Optional)
Organizations can create custom surveys to collect additional feedback after a meeting. These surveys can include unlimited questions and multiple question types, such as:

- Open text

What a Subscriber Sees
The post-meeting survey is presented to the subscriber when they exit the meeting.

Note: If your organization has added survey questions, subscribers will see those questions between the Group Leader star rating and the comments field.

3. Pre‑Meeting Surveys (Optional)
Organizations can also create surveys that appear before a meeting begins. These surveys help organizations understand member expectations, readiness, or baseline information.
- Displayed to subscribers before the meeting
- Created and managed on the Surveys page
- Multiple question types, such as open text, multiple choice, likert scale, yes or No, etc.
- Results can be exported on the Surveys page
- Useful for comparing pre‑ and post‑meeting responses
