Post‑Meeting Survey Reminders
Post‑Meeting Survey Reminders are an optional feature that helps organizations increase response rates for their post‑meeting surveys. When enabled, subscribers who did not complete the post‑meeting survey will see a reminder banner on their dashboard, and may also receive a reminder email if they have not signed into HeyPeers within three days. This article explains how the feature works and what subscribers will see.
NOTE: Post‑Meeting Survey Reminders are an optional feature that must be activated for your organization. To enable this functionality, please contact your HeyPeers Account Manager and request that Post‑Meeting Survey Reminders be turned on for your account.
Turning On Post‑Meeting Survey Reminders
The reminder is enabled during meeting creation or meeting edit.
Navigate to the Surveys section of the meeting form.
Select a post‑meeting survey from the dropdown list, then check the box labeled Remind participants to submit feedback.

What Subscribers See
If a subscriber attended a meeting but did not complete the post‑meeting survey, a reminder banner appears at the top of their dashboard. The banner notifies them that feedback is still needed and provides a link to complete it.
Clicking the banner brings the subscriber to the Pending Reviews page. This page lists all meetings from the past 14 days for which a post‑meeting survey has not been completed.
Subscribers can select Submit Review to open and complete the survey for each meeting.

If a subscriber has not signed into HeyPeers within three days, they will receive a reminder email prompting them to complete their outstanding post‑meeting surveys.
