Subscribers Page Layout

The Subscriber page is split into two distinct sections.

Subscribers Overview

The top half of the page displays a summary of subscriber activity and subscriber status.

Total Subscribers (Pie chart)
This chart shows the current composition of your organization’s subscriber base. It divides subscribers into two categories:
  • Current: members who are actively subscribed
  • Canceled: members who previously subscribed but later unsubscribed
The chart gives organizations a quick snapshot of overall subscriber retention and churn.
Subscribers per Month (Bar Chart)
This chart shows monthly subscription activity, broken into two metrics:
  • New: the number of members who subscribed during that month
  • Cancellations: the number of members who unsubscribed during that month
This helps organizations track trends over time, such as growth, stability, or periods of increased churn.

Subscriber List

The lower half of the Subscribers page displays a table listing all subscribers. This table provides a clear, scannable view of each subscriber and includes tools for messaging and subscriber management.
Each row in the table displays:
  • Profile Image
A small profile image representing the subscriber, when available.
  • Name
The subscriber’s first and last name, as provided in their HeyPeers profile.
  • Username
The unique username associated with the subscriber’s account.
  • Email
    The subscriber’s email address.
  • Message Button
A button that allows you to send a direct message to the subscriber. Selecting this button opens a message window where you can compose and send a message without leaving the page.
Learn more: How to message a subscriber
  • More Options Menu
A 3-dot icon that opens a menu with additional actions, such as:
    - Details: Opens the subscriber’s details popup
    - Block: Blocks a member from subscribing to your organization
    - Remove: Removes the subscriber from your organization
(Other actions may appear depending on your organization’s settings)
Search and Filters
Above the Subscribers table, you'll see:
  • A Search Subscriber bar that allows you to search by first name, last name, username, or email
  • Filter options such as All and Blocked
  • An Export Data button for downloading subscriber information
Search and filters apply to the entire subscriber list.
