The organization landing page is your organization's profile page on HeyPeers. It is where members and visitors learn about your services, explore your offerings, and engage with your community. It displays your organization’s branding, meeting calendar, chat rooms, group leaders, resources, FAQs, and About information. The landing page is automatically generated from the data you manage in the
Organization Management Module.
This page is visible both externally (without login) and internally (to logged‑in members). The content is identical in both locations.
Your organization has two identical landing pages: one on the external site, accessible without login, and another on the internal site, available only to logged-in members.
To view your landing page on the external HeyPeers site, visit the home page at
HeyPeers.com. Simply scroll down to the middle of the page until you reach the
Search for Help section. Then, select the
Browse Organizations button to proceed.
The Organization Partners page will be displayed, listing all organizations on the HeyPeers site.
Scroll down until you find your organization's tile. Click on More to access the external landing page.
To view your internal landing page, log in to
HeyPeers.com, then select
Organizations from the top menu bar.
The Organizations page will open. Locate your organization's tile. Click on the organization name to access the internal landing page.
The page header features your organization’s cover image, logo, and short description/tagline.
These elements are managed on the
Profile page.
If enabled, a special announcement banner appears directly below the header. Use it to highlight important updates or time‑sensitive information.
Manage this banner on the
Settings page.
Upon entering the page, the
Meetings tab will be active, displaying your organization's meeting calendar. Each meeting tile show a summary of the meeting details, with full details accessible by clicking the
Details button. Additionally, a search field helps members easily find meetings by name or support type.

The organization landing page also features a
Chat rooms tab. If your organization has public chat rooms on the platform, this tab will be visible. Clicking on the
Chat rooms tab opens a list of your organization’s public chat rooms, where members can browse, join, and participate in any available chat rooms.
Chat rooms are managed on the
Chatrooms page.
If your organization has not chosen to hide group leaders, the
Group Leaders tab will appear on the landing page. This tab displays a directory of your organization’s group leaders, allowing members to view leader profiles, send messages, and see ratings (if enabled).
Group leaders are added and managed on the
Team page in the Organization Management module. Visibility and ratings settings are controlled on the
Settings page.
The
Resources tab displays public files from your organization’s library. Members can download documents and view optional descriptions you’ve added.
Resources are managed on the
Library page.
The About box displays your organization’s description, website link, contact information, and social media links. A shortened version appears by default, with a
Read More option to expand the full text.
These details are managed on the
Profile page.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
If your organization has added FAQs, they appear in the right column below the About section. FAQs help members quickly find answers to common questions.
